Project Brief: Cangzhou Teachers College is located in Cangzhou Higher Education New District. Cangzhou City is located in the southeast of Hebei Province, facing the Bohai Sea in the east, Beijing-Tianjin in the north, Shandong in the south, 240 kilometers from the capital Beijing, 120 kilometers from Tianjin, 221 kilometers from Shijiazhuang, Beijing-Shanghai, Beijing-Kowloon, Shuohuang three railway lines and Beijing-Shanghai Twelve expressways, including Shihuang, Jinshan, Baoshan and Baocang, and national and provincial arterial roads are intertwined vertically and horizontally. Take the No. 18, No. 19 and No. 219 from Cangzhou Railway Station and take No. 236 bus from the West Passenger Station to the school directly. Founded in 1958, Cangzhou Teachers College is the earliest ordinary undergraduate college established in Cangzhou City. The campus covers an area of 600 acres with a construction area of 150,000 square meters. The college has a modern library with an area of 18,000 square meters, a collection of 610,000 books, 3 databases, nearly 100,000 electronic books, and more than 1,200 types of periodicals. The total value of existing teaching instruments and equipment with a unit price of more than 800 yuan is 34.4 million yuan. There are 25 computer rooms of various types and 2,100 computers for teaching. There are 10 speech rooms, 25 multimedia classrooms and 142 laboratories. The college is open to enrollment both inside and outside the province. It currently has 16 teaching departments and 48 majors, including 19 teachers ’majors, including 6 undergraduate majors in Chinese Language and Literature, Chemistry, Ideological and Political Education, Physics, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, and English. There are 29 non-normal majors and nearly 10,000 full-time students. The school has a total of 713 teaching staff, including 411 full-time teachers. There are 50 professors and 165 associate professors, accounting for 51.3% of full-time teachers; 176 teachers with doctorate and master degrees account for 42.8% of full-time teachers. There are 35 visiting professors. Ten teachers in the school won the titles of “Excellent Teachers” and “Labor Models” in the country and the province, 8 teachers won the “Zeng Xianzi Education Fund Award”, and 10 teachers with outstanding teaching and research achievements were selected as “Three Threes” In the "Three Talents" project, 28 teachers were rated as top talents in Cangzhou City. The Journal of Cangzhou Teachers College (Quarterly), which was founded in 1985, has been published more than 100 times so far, and it is the only provincial journal published by Cangzhou University.
